So, in few words, this is basically a method to lose fat on stomach with somewhat, what experts call “High intensity interval training”. In brief words it is type of exercise where you run fast as hell for short period of time, and then, run very slowly to get some energy back, after that, you run as fast as you can again. Now, when you do this, your organism will be thinking like “wow, what the hell, I have to dig up some energy or I might not take it”, in this way you force your metabolism to go sky high since you’ve caused an “afterburn” effect. It is when after really intense exercise, even while you rest, your body is still consuming great amounts of fat as an energy supply. Now, if you compare this to slow running, which most people prefer as it is simple and thought to be consuming fat as well, this is a lot faster way to burn off fat on your stomach. You see, when you run slowly and on average speed your body doesn’t try to lose as much fat as it can, instead, it tries to make fat burning efficient, and burns the very minimum since it doesn’t feel pressure (like in previously mentioned method).
