Check out these 10 simple rules which can help you greatly to lose some belly fat fast. These have helped me a great deal when I started having sense that my second side doesn’t feel as attracted to me anymore. 1. Three apples a day can boost metabolism.
Apples have a great force since they contains lots of H2O, also, it has lots of fiber and low calories. Amazingly, if someone says “no” to all the other rules, he/she would most likely lose about two pounds without doing anything (feel free to try!). 2. Consuming pills of fish oil.
Most perfect deal I think is to take 6-10 grams every day along with food. I reccommend omega 3 fish oil as it helped me a lot in long run.
3. Black beans! Mmm! Can a day!
Yeah, I know for some it might be disgusting. Anyway, anyone is free to decide what results he/she wants. This is what lots of gymnasts think is papaya’s second favourite food after spinach. It costs 48 cents at walmart – pretty good deal for a stuff which’s 15 ounces contain 25 grams of protein and fiber (25g as well). Also, if I didn’t have anything else to eat it’s a great bargain!
4. Having a nice big breakfast with plenty proteins and calories.
That’s the way to start a day in the right way (rhyme is accidental) so eating lots of food later wouldn’t be necessary if in breakfast foods that have enough “coal” were consumed.
5. Eating string cheese or beef jerky as a snack.
That’s what I call the real snack! Not some useless sugar sweet like “snickers”!
6. Every meal should start by an apple, grapes or any other similar fruit.
In this way organism is having a great deal of help to fill up before other meal so it would have more steam or may be not as healthy.
7. HIIT – high intensity interval training (can be done at gym).
No, this is not anything like boring run on the dreadmill. Idea behind this is that you go really quick for like 10-15 seconds and then 20-30 seconds of going slow. If it is repeated a lot of times “afterburn” effect will come. Organism will shout during speed runs “I won’t handle this!” when, someone goes slow it says “Oh man! That was intense! I gotta build some energy quick or I might not take it after another one!” and that’s how experts burn calories and reduce stomach fat fast at monstrous rate compared to simple average-speed jogging.
8. Cold shower is GOOD.
If couldn’t handle that, so, someone told me a good alternative – after normal shower I used to switch to a REALLY REALLY cold water for 15 seonds. My organism afterwards raised its temperature a bit, and internal heat wasn’t enjoyed by fat cells. Heat kills some of them while using this method.
9. Try spinning a hoop.
This is for chicks. Especially for you hips and waist. Just a five minutes a day. Guys won’t die and won’t have a butt of a chick after doing this either
(Altough, I personally didn’t personally do this).
10. Cheat (WHAAAA!?!?)
Yeah, it is right. Amazingly, muscles grow not in the gym. Muscles actually grow and fat is being burned while someone is resting! That’s right. If work on mass is being done (for a six pack) the rest after every work out must be taken. This way body is up for the another one, since in the last time organism was preparing for another massacre (if enough pressure on muscle was put during previous workout) and builds up muscles. However, if I wanted just to lose fat of stomach and I was a girl, then, I would run on a daily basis or something like that and would be losing fat steadily.
Here are the ten golden rules (laws of fitness god in other words)! I haven’t used some of them, just added in some valuable stuff to make it exactly 10 (feel free to guess which one of them
).
(P.S. don’t be discouraged, I know EVERY SINGLE ONE of them works).
That’s how guide to cut stomach fat is not boring. Oppose to stuff like do more push-ups and drink more water. I mean, when I applied this, my six pack have finally seen the world! I was so excited when I’ve actually did this (No, Just kidding! I’m a dude, dudes don’t do that… Hehe… Err… Yeah…).
Anyway, these ones are just for losing weight effectively from whole body. Six pack may show up for people to see. That’s perfectly fine with girls, but since I’m a guy, I still needed to make my stomach muscular and so that when another guy hits it he might break his fist (no joke, that happened to my friend!).
That’s how to get rid of belly fat fast while applying these rules which can greatly change the way someone is training.

Damn, I thought this would be another useless set of rules. However, after applying them I’ve actually started seeing results after three weeks or so. Great job man, keep up these posts!

However, what pissed me off about it that it was a huge read and if you don’t want to be reading 100 pages PDF in front of your PC while your eyes burn, you should really print some of it out. Anyway, if you ask me, it was a really nice piece of content.

I’m having a belly which is slightly stretched out from my chest level. I’m being like doing cardio (20min a Day X 4 Days a week) + Weight Training (Different Muscle groups each day ) for about 2 years now. I do see changes in my upper body ( toned and growth in muscle) now. But still nothing noticeable in abdominal area. I also do exercises to strength my abdominal muscles every day i workout. My diet is basically high protein, less carbo, high in fibre meals.
I would like to ask for any advice that might helpful for me to really get by belly behind my chest level. My Cardio workout session its a blend of HIIT and low intensity marathon like running. I use treadmill for my all cardio sessions.
Am i missing sumthing here that i dont see any results in belly ? please help me as im desperate for this. ( getting rid of flabby belly even after 2years hard workout being useless)

Posted 01 Jul 2011 at 5:01 am ¶This is not the first time I hear about this. Anyway, if you’re doing the same thing over and over you’ll get the same results. I suggest you trying only weight training every 5 days and bulking up your body more, as cardio might be just making your fat burning efficient, not quick (if you have a lot of stamina, that means you burn less fat than a guy which has no stamina and recovers his energy using his fat more often). If you bulk up more you will have more muscle to burn fat on autopilot (stamina is your enemy, which means I do not recommend low instensity cardio, only HIIT sometimes). In case you’re old it will be a lot harder to achieve this as old people are naturally supposed to have more fat, since they’re not that active and they need their energy stash more than young people.
